Rush week is a crucial time for fraternities across the nation. Everyone trying to have a kick ass rush with shirts, events and even using celebrity cameos to shout out your chapter. My fraternity decided it would be a good idea to do a cameo of well known pornstar Johnny Sins and have him shout us out personally. Seeing as it only cost 69 dollars (good one Johnny) and it would be hilarious to show to potential PNM’s we decided to go for it. Cameo allows you to request a specific message for the person to say, so we went with “Just say rush our fraternity and then say something funny too”.

About a week or so later we finally got the video in and it was fucking hilarious. Not only did he tell PNM’s to rush our fraternity but he also said that if they didn’t, he was going to have to give their mothers a call. I don’t know about you but if I knew that Johnny Sins was threatening to give my mother a call I would be scared shitless. He also through in at the end “Now chug that beer and give me 100 pushups”. We absolutely loved the spin that Johnny put on it and we decided to send it in to TotalFratMove and see if they’d post it, which they ended up doing on the main accounts feed. A few days later we get a call from nationals that the video was disrespectful and that it promoted hazing and drinking. And nationals being complete assholes about something and not understanding a joke? I’m honestly shocked. Now they could have been cool about it and realized that it would have actually been good if people saw Johnny Sins shouting them out and how funny it was but did they do that? Absolutely fucking not. I’ve literally seen videos of another fraternity’s national convention and how they had a pornstar cameo for them and it was through NATIONALS (shoutout whoever that was for that one cause that shit was dope).

So we had to have an emergency meeting with our nationals representative about the “state of our chapter” and I just knew we were fucked. Any time your nationals wants to talk to you about something, 10 times out of 10 it’s gonna be a bad time. A membership review is essentially a death sentence for any fraternity. If you get threatened with two options and one of them is a membership review, you take the other option any day of the week. With my chapter having an average GPA of about 2.8 we knew that if they went ahead with the review we would have lost our charter quicker than sorority girls post their letter in their bios after bid day. So they had to meet with our eboard and said that we either had to kick out the person who sent in the video to TFM or we would have an entire review of the chapter. We had to unfortunately kick out the brother in question so that nationals didn’t completely fuck us over. So Johnny, is their anyway you can fly out the poor ex-brother and have him star in one of your new orgy videos? He’s a huge fan and can name all of your videos by memory.
